I have no switched my photo blog yet.. Probably will though, even though I like how easy it is to upload photos here.. So we shall where I end up creating one.

|  I have so many ideas of things I want to do... mainly in photography.. start a new blog/website with my new name.. learn a little bit more(mainly in the equipment area) about doing portraits for people, whether pet or human.. then make some money off that... use that money to buy a zoom lens.. which would help me with another idea.. that of taking shots of dogs at shows in the ring, and passing out business cards that lead them to my website where they can find photos of their dogs to purchase. I am at many of these dog events anyway due to Luna participating.. So long as I could get some nice shots, people should want to buy some eventually.. Not to mention wildlife I could take shots of with a zoom.... but I can't seem to find the time or money to do so.. The year is almost up, and I haven't completed most of what I wanted to accomplish this year.. still quilts to make, photos to sort (over a year and a half since I went to africa, and photos aren't even sorted, let alone worked up), journaling to do, websites to create...... etc etc (this photo was taken yesterday morning.. we had some crazy frost, so I brought my camera out while I was out with Luna... I rather like it...) | | |
| So I hope it's true.... I hope I can get a hold of all my old posts I've posted on here... I will see tomorrow.. if not I want my 4 dollars back.. Not sure if I am staying with Xanga.. I feel like I have sort of out grown it...
Anyway a photo..  Enjoying the Potomac at fall.. Played around with actually using flash to fill in the subject a bit.. wouldn't have normally gone off but I forced it to. I rather love it.. if it's blurry it's xanga's fault. | | |
| I'm thinking of starting a new blog or website or something. I rather like my new name, and I think my photography is going to start being linked to it.. I recently entered 3 images in a photo exhibit here in VA.. And I managed to get 2nd place in Abstract with this shot:
 "Middleburg Barn"I do rather love the image.. pretty old shot back in 2005 or 06.. Looks much better blown up as you get more detail in that window. Anyway, it inspired me to really try and get my photography going. It at least needs to be bumped up a bit on the priorities list.. But for the time being there are still more pressing matters... so I shall attend to those first.. Just an update, off to work now. | | |

Yeah, so another Luna picture... because I can.. and she's got great movement.. wouldn't know she's had a pretty cut up foot for nearly a month now.. been a long road, but I think we are starting to get back to normal. Now off to bed, can't stand anymore of her farts.. ugh | | |
